How to Get Verification Card (SWL Card/QSL Card)
If you have heard XI-IV and/or XI-V and hope to get the verification card, please send us an e-mail. Remember to add the information as follows.
- Your name
- Your call sign (if you have it)
- Satellite name (XI-IV or XI-V)
- Date and time when you heard XI
- Location where you heard XI
- Radio wave which you heard (CW or FM)
- Received data (if you have them)
- Your opinions and impressions about your trial to hear XI, and about our CubeSat
The address is shown at the bottom of this page. Please send your mail to the XI-IV or V report address (which begins with "xi4report" or "xi5report").
Please make the subject "Verification Card".
After receiving the reply from us, we will send you the verification card via JARL (Japan Amateur Radio League).
Another way to get the card is SASE (Self Addressed Stamped Envelope). After receiving the reply from us, please send us the envelope with your address on it and a piece of International Reply Coupon inside it. It must have the enough size to insert the card as large as 105mm * 150mm. We will send back to you the verification card in that envelope.

We will send you a sample card if you hope to have it though you have never heard XI-IV,V or you are not a radio operator. There are some limitations below to send you a sample.
- We have limited number of cards, so it is possible that we cannot send you the sample.
- Those who have heard satelllites are given priority, so it takes time for the sample to arrive at you.
- When we send it to you, a "SAMPLE" description will be made on the reverse side.
If you hope to get sample, please inform us by an e-mail. Remember to add the information as follows.
- Your name
- Your call sign (if you have it)
- Your opinions and impressions about our CubeSat
